Work with us
- You can contact us directly via email at contact@my-odess.com or through our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, or Linkedin) with your resume, contact information, and your motivations.
- When we run a recruitment campaign, you can find our job openings on LinkedIn or through various recruitment platforms. If you don't currently see anything about us, it means we are not actively hiring at the moment, but you can always send us a spontaneous application. (see: how to work with us?)
- You can find the job openings directly on our LinkedIn profile or on recruitment platforms.
The stories
- If you have ideas to submit to us, you can go directly to our 'contact us' page located at the bottom of our pages. You can fill out a form, and we will get back to you if it interests us.
- You can reach out to us through the contact section by filling out a form or contacting us directly via email at: contact@my-odess.com.
- At the moment, we offer two languages, French and English, but our goal is, of course, to diversify in the future.
- For now, you have the option to read or listen to the stories. The majority of the stories are interactive, meaning you have the power to decide how the story unfolds based on your desires or preferences. How does it work? During the reading or listening, questions will be asked, and based on your responses, the story will vary. Don't worry, if you don't like this concept and just want to listen to or read a story from start to finish, that's possible.
User account and security
- To modify your personal information, you can go directly to the 'My Settings' section of your user account. If a piece of information doesn't match, and you are unable to update it, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' section or directly via email at: contact@odess-audio.com.
- To change your password, you can go directly to the 'My Settings' section of your user account.
- To delete your account, you can go directly to the 'My Settings' section of your user account. You will find a button to delete your account, just fill out the form, and the deletion will take effect within 48 hours.
- To fill out a new questionnaire, simply go to your 'My Account' area, then to the 'My Custom Stories' section, and click on the 'Fill out the personalized questionnaire again' link. We will take into account your new answers to the questionnaire. Furthermore, when we add new additional questions, you will receive a message by email or directly on your account to notify you. You will be free to redo the questionnaire or not.
- When you forget your password, simply click on 'Forgot password' in the login section. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- When you forget your username, simply click on 'Forgot username' in the login section. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your username.
- Have you double-checked that it's the correct email address? Have you checked your spam or junk folder? After verifying these, if you still haven't received any email, please contact us through the 'Contact' section or directly via email at: contact@odess-audio.com. We will ensure that your issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

The security of your account and personal information is very important to us, and we do our best to protect them.
Here are some things to watch out for if you suspect that someone else may have gained access to your account:

Your password no longer works.
Your email address changes.
Stories are played without your authorization.
Your subscription has been altered.
You receive emails regarding logins you don't recognize.
- If you see the message 'Your account has been deactivated' when trying to log in to Odess, or if you receive an email stating this, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' section or directly via email at: contact@my-odess.com. We will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible. If you receive an email or an error message indicating that your account has been deactivated, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: Suspected fraudulent activity: If we detect potential fraudulent activity on your account or any other activity that violates our terms and conditions, we will deactivate your account. Chargebacks: A chargeback occurs when you cancel a payment to Odess through your bank. This action will result in the deactivation of your account
- To find out if you have an Odess account, the simplest method is to check your email addresses: Enter all the email addresses you use into our password reset form. If an account is associated with any of them, you will receive an email. Tip: You can search for an email with the subject "Reset Your Password" and follow the steps to recover your account. Check your inboxes, including spam or junk folders. If you find such an email, there is likely an account associated with that email address. Once you've checked your email addresses, you can use that email address to log in. If you're unsure about your account's password, continue to reset the account password, then use this email address and the new password to log in.
Partnerships
- You can contact us directly by email at contact@my-odess.com or through our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok). We are attentive and evaluate every proposal. We strive to select partnerships based on the values we want to convey to our communities.
- We collaborate with individuals and/or brands that align with us, whether it's in terms of values or communication style.
- We use Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You can contact us directly on these platforms if you have a project that might interest us.
Subscriptions
- Various subscriptions are available, including a free subscription with very limited content and three paid subscriptions (monthly, annual, and student). With the last three, you have access to the entire platform (features are the same).
- You can modify your subscription directly in your 'My Account' section under 'My Subscription.' You can switch to a different subscription at any time if you've subscribed to a free plan or a monthly plan (with a one-month commitment). If you have subscribed to an annual plan, you will need to wait until the end of your one-year commitment to change your subscription.
- If you meet all the requirements and have not received an email regarding any missing documentation, it is a technical issue. Please contact us through the 'Contact Us' section or directly via email at: contact@my-odess.com, and we will make sure to resolve your issue as soon as possible."

- Our student subscription is valid until you turn 26, as long as you still have a student status, of course.
- The trial period lasts for 14 days. We'll notify you when your trial period ends and your permanent subscription begins. Once the trial period is over, you will be automatically charged on your bank account for the subscription you signed up for. You are then committed for either a month or a year, depending on the chosen subscription.
- Discount codes will be coming later, and you will be notified by email or directly on your account when you log in.
Means of payment
- To pay on the platform, you can only use your credit card for now.
- To change your payment method, you can go to the 'My Account' page, then to the 'Change My Payment Method' section. In this section, click the 'edit' button, and we will update your new payment method.
Cancellation
- To cancel your subscription, simply go to your 'My Account' area, then to the 'My Subscription' section, and click on the 'Cancel my subscription' link. You will then be able to fill out a form, and upon validation, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription. Of course, if you have an ongoing subscription, you will have access to the subscription until the renewal date.
- So, it depends on which subscription you're talking about. You will remain subscribed until the subscription renewal date. It's only after that date that you can freely change your subscription.
